Qualifications for Membership
The field of membership shall be limited to those having the following common bond:
  1. Employees of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office
  2. Employees of the Jacksonville Fire Department
  3. General employees of the City of Jacksonville
  4. Employees of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority
  5. Employees of the Jacksonville Electric Authority
  6. Employees of the Jacksonville Port Authority
  7. Employees of the Jacksonville Airport Authority
  8. Employees of the following agencies who work in Duval, Clay, Nassau and St. Johns Counties, Florida:
    • Florida Highway Patrol
    • Florida Department of Law Enforcement
    • Florida State Attorney's Office
    • Florida Public Defender's Office
    • Office of the Judiciary
    • Florida Clerk of Courts
    • Florida Marine Patrol
    • Florida Game & Fresh Water Fish Commission
    • Florida Beverage Commission
    • Florida Division of Insurance Fraud
    • School Board Police
  9. Employees of the Clay County Sheriff's Office
  10. Employees of the Nassau County Sheriff's Office
  11. Employees of the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office
  12. Employees of the Jacksonville Beach Police Department
  13. Employees of the Atlantic Beach Police Department
  14. Employees of the Neptune Beach Police Department
  15. Employees of the Baldwin Police Department
  16. Employees of the Orange Park Police Department
  17. Employees of the Green Cove Springs Police Department
  18. Employees of the Fernandina Beach Police Department
  19. Employees of the Saint Augustine Police Department
  20. Employees of the University of North Florida Police Department
  21. Employees of the U.S. Customs Police Department
  22. Employees of Rogers, Towers, Bailey, Jones & Gay, Practicing Attorneys
  23. Employees of Lewis & Bernard, Practicing Attorneys
  24. Employees of Hiday & Ricke, Practicing Attorneys
  25. Volunteers of the above named groups
  26. Spouses of persons who died while members of this credit union; employees of this credit union; persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment; and organizations of above persons
  27. Members of the immediate family or household of above persons ("Immediate family member" eligibility is limited to spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent or grandchild. For the purposes of this definition, immediate family member includes stepparents, stepchildren, stepsiblings and adoptive relationships.)
