The field of membership shall be limited to those having the following common bond:

1. Employees of the following agencies who work in or are supervised from Jacksonville, Florida:

   • Jacksonville Sheriff's Office
   • Jacksonville Port Authority Police
   • Clerk of the Court
   • Jacksonville City Motor Pool
   • Jacksonville Parks & Recreation Department
   • Jacksonville Transportation Authority

2. Employees of the following agencies who work in Duval, Clay, Nassau and St. Johns Counties, Florida:

   • Florida Highway Patrol
   • Florida Marine Patrol
   • Florida Game & Fresh Water Fish Commission
   • Florida Beverage Commission
   • Florida Department of Law Enforcement
   • Office of the Judiciary
   • Florida State Attorney's Office
   • Florida Public Defender
   • Clay County Sheriff's Office
   • Nassau County Sheriff's Office

3. Employees of the Jacksonville Beach Police Department who work in or are supervised from Jacksonville Beach, Florida;

4. Employees of the Atlantic Beach Police Department who work in or are supervised from Atlantic Beach, Florida;

5. Employees of the Neptune Beach Police Department who work in or are supervised from Neptune Beach, Florida;

6. Employees of the Orange Park Police Department who work in or are supervised from Orange Park, Florida;

7. Employees of the Green Cove Springs Police Department who work in or are supervised from the Green Cove Springs, Florida;

8. Employees of the Fernandina Beach Police Department who work in or are supervised from Fernandina Beach, Florida;

9. Employees of the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office who work in or are supervised from St. Johns County, Florida;

10. Employees of the Saint Augustine Police Department who work in or are supervised from Saint Augustine, Florida;

11. Employees of the University of North Florida Police Department who work on the UNF campuses in Jacksonville, Florida;

12. Employees of the Baldwin Police Department who work in or are supervised from Baldwin, Florida;

13. Employees of Rogers, Towers, Bailey, Jones & Gay, P. A., Lewis & Landau, P. A., and Hiday & Ricke, P. A., who work in Jacksonville, Florida;

14. Volunteers of the above named groups;

15. Employees of the City of Jacksonville who work in Jacksonville, Florida;

16. Spouses of persons who died while members of this credit union; employees of this credit union; persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment; members of the immediate family or household; and organizations of such persons.

    ("Immediate family member" eligibility means spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, grandchild, stepparents, stepchildren, stepsiblings and adoptive relationships.)
